Great Room (Banquet Room)

  • $105 to $130 per hour
  • $840 to $1,040 per day (nine consecutive hours)
  • $1,575 for all day (6 a.m. to midnight)
  • Add $262 per day for audio/visual (presentation) system
  • $210 refundable damage deposit required
  • Consider Platinum Package, which includes linens, table settings and audio/visual system for $500 per day, per event

Great Room Wedding Packages

    • Great Room Reception – includes 10 hours of Great Room rental. Hours can be split during day of event to include set up on another day. Includes use of small dining room. Fee: $1,310 (note: indoor ceremony in reception room can be added for additional $500).
    • Outdoor Wedding Ceremony – includes outdoor wedding at West lawn Arbor and 200 white wedding chairs, one hour rehearsal time, outdoor sound system for ceremony and use of changing room. Fee: $1,000

Fireside Lounge

  • $130 hourly/$520 half day/$1,040 full day
  • $210 refundable damage deposit required
  • Requires a minimum six-hour rental for weddings and receptions
  • Is only available Monday through Friday after 5 p.m. or on weekend days

Fireside Lounge Wedding Packages

    • Fireside Lounge Reception – includes six hours of consecutive room rental. Fee: $850 (note: indoor ceremony in reception room can be added for additional $500).
    • Outdoor Wedding Ceremony – includes includes outdoor wedding at West lawn Arbor and 150 white wedding chairs, one hour rehearsal time, outdoor sound system for ceremony and use of changing room for two hours. Fee: $1,000

  • Small Dining Room – $52 hourly/$208 half day/$416 full day
  • Auditorium (without audio/visual system) – $79 hourly/$236 half day/$475 full day
  • Auditorium (with audio/visual system) – $105 hourly/$420 half day/$577 full day
  • Large Meeting Room – $75 hourly/$225 half day/$450 full day
  • Meeting Room – $42 hourly/$131 half day/$263 full day
  • Executive Conference Room – $52 hourly/$208 half day/$416 full day
  • West Lawn Plaza – $2,000 full day/$1,000 half day
  • North Meadow – $1,000 full day ($500 full day if rented with West Lawn Plaza)/$500 half day ($250 if rented with West Lawn Plaza)
  • West Lawn and CenterPlace combined rental – $3,500 per day
  • Mirabeau Springs (waterfall) – $250 per two hours for wedding ceremony; $150 per hour for wedding photo shoot

A $52 refundable damage deposit is required for above facilities (note: Great Room and Fireside Lounge require a $210 deposit).

Additional Amenities

  • Host/hostess fee (after business hours) – $25 per hour
  • Linens only (tablecloths and napkins) – $10 per table
  • Table settings (linens and tableware) – $3 per place setting
  • Presentation System – $262 per day/$131 half day
  • LCD Projector – $25 per hour or $100 per day
  • 55″ LED Television – $79 per day
  • Sound System – $150 per day

More Information

  • There is a host/hostess fee of $25 per hour after regular business hours for all events. This allows a facility representative to be onsite during all events.
  • Please note that excessive required cleaning after any event is billed at $26 per man hour.
  • Every event is charged a refundable damage deposit. A deposit is collected for unforeseen needs such as damages, extra linens or additional clean up. This allows us to provide services without collecting additional fees during your event. This deposit covers most circumstances but please note that damages or services which exceed the deposit will be billed to the customer. For details, please review our rental policy.
  • A variety of decorations are allowed, but review our decoration policy for a list of approved and prohibited decorations.
  • Note: We will hold rooms for business events upon request.
